We offer the following shipping methods for both domestic and international orders:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days for domestic orders, and 7 to 12 business days for international orders.

Free Shipping: Orders above a certain amount qualify for free standard shipping.

Please note: These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on high-demand periods (holidays, sales, etc.) or logistical conditions.


3. Delivery Partners

We work with leading couriers in each country.
Our orders are shipped via international carriers, and once the parcel arrives in your destination country, it is handled by a local courier, such as La Poste and Chronopost in France, or Canada Post in Canada, to ensure a fast and reliable delivery.


4. Processing Time and Cancellations

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours following payment confirmation.
Please note that orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been processed and assigned a tracking number, we are unable to cancel it.

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us via email at contact@leonieandco.com.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the parcel, the destination, and the chosen shipping method.
Shipping fees will be shown at checkout before final payment.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can track your package through a link to our courier partner’s website.


7. International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance processes.
